Firstly good that you are looking out for higher studies.

Secondly, it does not matter whether you do a Full time course or Part time course.
It must be from a well recognized, UGC and AICTE Approved University only.

As far as a Part-time study is concerned, You could opt for it from recognised institute. The advantage of this part-time course is, that you can pursue your education without having to quit your job.

Though it spans over 3 years of study, but only advantage is you re continuing with your job and gain hands on experience, as what you study, you can go ahead and practically apply it in your job.
But please note that, here too you have entrance exams that you have to clear as well as group discussions and personal interview.

Answer to your second qery, which specialization to opt for.
Please note that MBA has majorly 3 specializations like
Choosing a specialization would depend mainly on what exactly is your current job role and how would the higher study add advantage to your job role and position.

As far as your job is concerned of backoffice, mainly this involves backend operations like data entry, data checking and a little of tally and accounts handling.

But mainly it is an Administrative job.
So if you are looking for a higher position, then the next role would be that of a supervisor. So HR does fit into your role.

But in case of you understand the integrity of Finances and wish to move to the front end or financial related jobs, then Finance specialization can be opted for.

Growth in both HR and Finance are immense, only you should choose a role, based on your strengths and interests and aligning with your current job profile.

Hope this answers your query.

Wish you all the best..........

Dear Aspirant,

Thanks for approaching us at CareerGuide.com

MBA is the very perfect course for you and you can definitely do it part time. Part time MBA is of 3 years. Ensure that you do it from a reputed BSchool.

MBA in HR would suit you considering your previous work experience.
