PROGRAM OFFERED

1· MSC
2· MTECH
3· MBA
4· MCOM
5· MA
Though it spans over 3 years of study, but only advantage is you re continuing with your job and gain hands on experience, as what you study, you can go ahead and practically apply it in your job. I have completed my graduation now I wanted to do a JOB Some of the Post-Graduation courses outside India required at least 4 yrs. of work experience to get admission in their university. Like MBA required minimum 4-5yrs of work experience in USA. so you have to do a job before if you are interested in the course required job experience And now Answer to your second qery, which specialization to opt for.

Please note that MBA has majorly 3 specializations like

1. HR
2. Finance
3. Marketing
Choosing a specialization would depend mainly on what exactly is your current job role and how would the higher study add advantage to your job role and position. As far as your job is concerned of backoffice, mainly this involves backend operations like data entry, data checking and a little of tally and accounts handling.

But mainly it is an Administrative job.

So if you are looking for a higher position, then the next role would be that of a supervisor. So HR does fit into your role. But in case of you understand the integrity of Finances and wish to move to the front end or financial related jobs, then Finance specialization can be opted for. Growth in both HR and Finance are immense, only you should choose a role, based on your strengths and interests and aligning with your current job profile.

Hope this answers your query.
