It would all depend on what level of teaching you wish to go ahead with.
If you wish to teach pre primary kids then your D.ed is a valid profile.
Incase you wish to teach in schools and junior level college, then a B.Ed would be necessary.
But incase you wish to teach at the graduate level as a professor, then along with masters you need to clear the NET / SET exams.
