Yes, you can,
but let me tell you one thing,
why you wants to do psychology after chemistry,
both subjects have lots of difference in their nature,
psychology is better if you opt the followoing options:
1) if you wants to get into teaching profession as lecturer in chemistry,
psychology is not good for you when you opt the following options:
1) if you wants to get into research in chemistry OR

2) IF you wants to pursue a career as Scientist.
where you can do M.A.or M.Sc Psychology::::
the following Universities are offering MA/M.Sc psychology:
1) kakatiya University warangal.
2) Mother Teresa University, Kodaikanal.
the above courses are being offered in distance mode of education in the above universities, i have mentioned here only two, and its just an identical names,
if you search for more options , you may find many more in nearby Universities.
psychology if you wants to do as graduate level for the sake of your interest, then its well and good, but as far as your career is concern, i dont think after doing a serios subject like chemistry at masters level,it would'nt workout .
at graduate level you can do psychology as a subject or as a whole course.
you can better search for these options too on the web, they are available.

Hey dear,

If you are so interted in the subject area then even i would suggest you to get into it.
There is no restriction at all people from all careers can do a masters in psychology the only criteria is of marks you have scored and also you should have a degree in any subject that is you should be a graduate no matter what subject you have done your graduation in.

There are some universities that have a strict criteria of having done a graduation in Psychology only to do a masters from there. But as you say that you want to do a masters in psychology in correspoindence or distance learning then surely it is not a big deal. There are many universities that you can apply in. Out of all Annamalia Universiy and Indira Gandhi National Open University are two universities that are good and offer and good curriculum in the same.
You can apply in any of the two universities of your choices and they evem have their centers in Mumbai.

Apart from all this i would like to tell you that you will have to seriously work hard in this subject as you have no background in it and it might evenm become tough to manage in this subject.

Best Wishes!

Hope you do good!!!
