I would rather advise that apply to other firms like BPO or KPO or other industries.
Work for a minimum 1 year and more preferably. Gain experience and try for banks again.
Also in the meanwhile you could opt for courses in banking from indian institute of banking and finance or an MCA or MBA. Job prospects are more.
