I have degree in B.E mechanical engineering and want to pursue MSc in Physics . I need guidance like what specialisation should I choose. How about Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. . Am I eligible for CSIR UGC NET for both JRF and lectureship.

Hi,

You are also eligible to appear in the CSIR NET Physical Science as you completed your B. E. in Mechanical Engineering. There is no need of doing M. Sc. in Physics if you want to appear in the CSIR NET Physical Science Exam.
