Right now best would be to re-frame your application. Your Resume must be an eye catcher that calls for immediate attention from employers.
Frame your Resume in a way, highlighting your qualifications, how they are an advantage to the industry, professional expertise, projects undertaken and handled successfully etc.
Then post in your Resume at various Job portals like Naukri, Jobs Ahead etc, with a catching Cover letter.Also log in to various company websites and post your Resume in their Career section.
At the same time, check in with References from friends or relatives or teachers / professors
Also I would suggests, do not be much choosy. Not that I am saying, take a job which is irrelevant, but better would be to not fall prey to the Position, Job Title, Designation and salary. Right now entering the market is important. Once you gain experience and settle down, then you could focus on the other things necessary.

I think you need to get some aspects right in your mind and be more flexible and adaptable. Your academics is fine enough. Getting a job is all about grabbing it without being too much reserved in terms of salary, location.
Building experience is what will give you higher salaries in future.
