If you want a job, post graduation would be an added advantage. This is a common confusion in kids at your age.

Here I would recommend, an Aptitude tests to know where your potentials are and then opt for a career or work.

At the same time, since you are a BBA, management graduate, please note that with just a Graduate degree, you would find base level jobs and a generalist profile, not a specific one, in the domain you choose.

At the same time generally BBA students opt for an MBA program directly after Graduation. Here I would advise, you to start working in the domain that interests you, whether HR or Marketing or Finance. Get a hang of the requirements in the industry and then you can opt for an MBA in the specilization.
