I completely understand your query as many of them out there are done with their mundane IT job. For you I have two options to suggest and they are as:
1. Do your MBA from an esteemed organization in Marketing and HR.
Once you complete It, you can join big MNCs as an HR in their recruitment department. Your basic understanding of IT would come in handy while talking to a potential candidate.
Also if you join any IT firm in the Business Development Department, you would be better able to understand the need of client before delivering it.
2. Other than that you can opt M.Tech. and PhD if interested in teaching. It's slow and less paid but peaceful. It also depends on your graduation background. M.Tech. and PhD would cost you around 6 years if you are a B.tech. or MCA. Also you can start teaching Once your M.Tech. completes.
