I have done btech in ECE. I want to teach Maths in school level. What I have to do to become a maths teacher in school.?

Is B.ed and C.TeT compulsory to beacome a teacher. Can I pursue B.ed through correspondence.?

Firstly congrats on the good thought.Its very rare we see an engineer who is interested in imparting knowledge to school children. A very rarely heard concept.
Yes. You would have to first clear B.Ed for teaching in a school. Instead of pursuing a general B.Ed you can specialise with Math as a subject. This carries more weightage than just a general B.Ed.
Also please note that B.Ed can be done in correspondence, but anyways for projects which is a compulsory part of the process you would have to go in the college campus and spend at least the whole day. So you could take your call.
I am sure, you may know the hardships teachers are facing in terms of permanent position. There is no guarantee that a B
.Ed will give you a permanent position nor your relentless service.
You could also think of applying to International schools which is a big thing these days. They have their own training program which you would undergo despite your B.Ed
