Sadly your friends and family have done everything which was probably not right for you and you also unfortunately did as they said. Doing BE Mechanical is a good thing you did however, I feel from your query is that you were and are not happy with that. Further you are doing ME too.
What do they mean when they say do whatever you want? I think that you are from the family which thinks that first complete engineering and then do anything you want from your life. Unfortunately this is sad in todays world.
I feel, that you should on priority look out for a job on the basis of your mechanical engineering graduation. Continuing ME can be possible along with a job. Thinking about something else altogether at this stage is risky, since your age is also increasing.

I have paid the first semester fees to the college eventhough I cleared gate in first attempt but didn't got much higher marks,now I am thinking about getting a gov job in railway but I have no idea about where to apply or what to do,give me advice sir please
