There is no MBA specilaization specific to ones qualification.
You could choose any right from:
Before you select, read through each options, and then based on the skills required, matching it with your skills choose one. At the sametime, the first year is common, whereby you would be exposed to all the specializations, whereby you could choose one accordingly.
Please note, since engineers have studied Math and your base is Math, most engineers opt for Finance majors. But if you are good with relations and can maintain communication and solve issues of people, then HR fits you, or if you are good at convincing people, then marketing fits you and vice versa.
