I have done my graduation through correspondence. As of now I'm working as an HR professional . I have also completed doing MBA(part time). I am planning further to get CS certification.Will it be a good idea to do that.?

Hello Reema, 

What exactly is your plan? Which field and profile do you wish to work in the future?. Your choice would depend on that only.

As a CS you work at the top level working with the directors but as a MBA you would be a manager heading a team. Which interests you?.

Anyways leaving the above part also knowing the legal matters and setting policies for the organization can come handy even while being an HR professional and you can even multi task. You can pkay both the roles ie of an HR as well as CS. Even HR make policies for the employees and due to being CS qualified you would be well versed with the legalities too. 

But as you have mentioned studying MBA too, would you be able to cope up with CS? Just like CA, CS also requires complete time dedication and persistence. Hope you can do justice towards both.

So in short pursuing CS is a good option.
