There are plenty of engineering colleges in bangalore offering various streams. You would easily get a seat if not in top notch colleges, definitely in fairly good colleges. Now the question is which branch to choose.
which branch to choose is solely dependent on you. Don't decide based on the stories of your neighbour's son getting plump packages right after finishing engineering in so and so branch.
Don't ever aim for a company. Aim for equipping yourself with the latest technologies. Creating something revolutionary.
and for this to happen you need to first choose one branch out of your own will and soulful love. Do the soul searching. see what interests you. whether working with machines or constructing buildings or playing with electronic circuits or twiddling your fingers around software programs.
Decide. once the decision is made, stick to it unwaveringly. don't listen to nay-sayers for that matter anyone. Choose the right people and take guidance only from them. strengthen your foundation with the fundamentals of the discipline. And there you are ready to fly. Feel free to call me for more questions.
