Hi There,

Firstly congrats that you have made your choice.

Secondly how do you know you can handle pressure and what pressure will you face in the Hotel Industry.

Not that I am trying to say you dont have the traits, but I want you to enhance the trait by picking up on experience and modify according to the situation.

Apart from the skills you have mentioned, you need other qualities like:

  • Fluent in other languages especially the state you are working in. eg. If you working in Mumbai or Pune knowing Marathi is essential
  • Humorous
  • Logical and creative
  • Having good contacts
  • Knowledge on current happenings
  • Interacting skills with all kinds of people
  • Knowledge on different cuisines

Mainly work on the logical, creative and humorous skills. You can deal with any customers and win them too.

Wish you good luck...
