Hey Swapnil.

Looks like you are interested in Science, but listening to others, you have strated doubting yourself.

Before I answer your query, do tell me which stream or subject is easy, whereby woithout a little bit of hardwork you have achieved success.

The first thing you need to do is believe in yourself and your capabilities. Dont just listen to people. They may speak many things that are irrelevant and mostly you may find demotivating people around you.

You need not pay attention to them.
Just get more focused and determine what you wish to do ahead in life.

Once you have planned and made a strategy, polish it with hardwork, the goal would be achievable.

When you have already mentioned 2 things, one you are an above average student and secondly you like both Math and Science, so when both the crietria are positive, why then get demotivated listening to others.

The truth is that since few years it has been a trend whereby the toppers have opted for ARTS stream only because of the high level of competition in the Science stream, secondly due to the issue of reservation, thirdly due to the criteria of entrance exam, fourthly due to long years of study and lastly which is the most important criteria, ART has more options than any other stream.

But this does not mean you need to follow the trend.

Choose what you are interested in without following others and target achieved.

Hope you are motivated by this.

Wish you good luck............
