Hi
First of all i whould like to congratulate you on getting selected in infosys.
Next the way i see it ,you are having various options ,the two major one's i will discuss here.

(1) You can continue to work in infosys and then after gaining experience for 1 or 2 years you can go for executive MBA which is of one year duration and after doing MBA you can shift to Managment side even in infosys only. You can also opt for part time MBA .
One more thing even some companies give study leave to there employes after a certain amount of time and reposition them after completion of there studies.

(2) Secondly you can gain experience as well as deposit sufficient amount to self finance your studies .And then you can leave job and can apply for full time MBA course.

But i think you should go for option one as this will not put extra burden on you financial capabilities.
Although whatever decision you take back it up with sincere efforts.
best wishes for future.
feel free to contact me if you want to discuss more.
take care
