Education is important to start a career. Later as you go on gaining experience, education take a back seat. However if you were in the technical field, then learning or relearning or unlearning was important.
Logistics is a good career field and there is good scope too.
I think education should not matter now. You will have to monetise your work experience now. Prepare a good resume highlighting your strong points, achievements in all these 10 years which you think are useful to the companies in India and abroad.
