Hi,

Good to know that you have passed your 12th with 54% marks. Congratulations. Great to know that you want to go to Canada for further studies .Your visa doesn't depend on your marks , it will depend on your paper work according to the visa office requirements. To tell you openly , visa depends on your eligibility for going to Canada. You will have to take admission in the college where you want to study and show the papers in visa office. Then you have to show various other papers also like IELTS result etc.which is mandatory for going out of India.

You have to prepare a file of all the papers and show it in visa office, then they go through the papers and ask a few questions to understand the need to go abroad , if they are convinced with your reason then only they grant the visa. If they are not then that year no body can grant it for you, then you have to apply next year again following the same process.

I hope you have understood the process and now can move ahead with confidence and take the right decision.

ALL THE BEST !!!1
