Hello My Dear...

Congratulations for passing your BTech degree in Information Technology. Actually it is a little late to ask this question and generally the right time to ask of think about the future is when you have entered the last year of engineering. But any ways, it is not late though considering better late than never.

Since now you are a graduate in engineering in information technology you are eligible for IT jobs in BPOs, software companies, hardware companies, etc. Based on your BTech in IT, have you got any placement support from your college through which you did you graduation. If yes, I think you should contact the TPO of the college and submit your resume so that he can find companies for you to apply.

If you are interested in doing a job, additionally you need to post your resume on famous and top job portal like timesjobs, naukri.com, shine.com, etc. since recruiters hire candidates heavily from these sites. Also you need to send your resume to private job consultants like MaFoi, etc.

If you are interested in doing a post graduation, you can certainly aim for MTech in IT or any other related specialisation available in your local University. Doing a post graduation is a must these days. Apart from MTech, you can also opt for MCA from a reputed college which gives placements. MCA is wonderful post graduate course and is demanded immensely by the industry.

So you have to decide for your self whether you wish to go for jobs or pursue post graduation. Both options have their advantages and distadvantages. Therefore I would suggest that you should also consult your family in this and take their opinion.

Best Luck
