Hello Bilal,
Most of the Canadian University requires a 4 years Graduate program students only.
So you are not eligible as a BA in English, since it is a 3 years course and not 4 years. Hence I would suggest opt for an MA which is a 2 years program, and then apply.
Few Universities also ask for 2 to 3 years of work experience along with GMAT entrance exam.
So after finishing MA, I would suggest opt for a job and in the meanwhile prepare for the GMAT entrance exam.
Also contact an abroad education consultant ASAP, especially the one who deals with canadian education. They would guide you more clearly with the process.
