It's good that you have scored good marks in your 12th standard.If you had done your 12th standard with PCM then you can opt for the different engineering streams like B.Tech in CSE(Computer science engineering), Information technology(IT), Mechanical engineering(ME),Civil engineering, Chemical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Electronics and Computer engineering, Chemical engineering, Automobile engineering, CHE- Petroleum, Aerospace engineering, ME- Mechatronics, ME- Agriculture engineering.You can also go for Architecture, Hotel Management and Tourism, Multimedia and Animation, Product and Industrial Design.

if you had done your 12th standard with PCB then you can opt for B.Tech in biotechnology, food technology, biomedical engineering, or else you can also do B.sc in Microbiology, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry,Sciences, Biochemistry.

The other option which is also available for you is that you can also go for Applied Medical Sciences like you can do Pharmaceutical courses also , Physiotherapy, Medical sciences  laboratory under this . You can also do Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical sciences also.

All these streams have good career scope but the main thing  is that from which institute or university you are doing your graduation because that university and institute will offer you good placements.

So there are ample of opportunities available with you which you can choose after your 12th standard.You should prefer the university or institute which offers you good placements and good practical, good scholarship scheme and industrial exposure also and should have good infrastructure also. There are different institutes and universities which offer such courses are Lovely Professional University, Birla Institute of technology, KIIT University, Jaipur national university and few others.
