Congratulations for successfully completing your B.com and getting a degree Well considering all your things that you were not able to clear CA exams. Well only CA is not only the option for the Commerce graduates we have several other courses after commerce graduation. But let me tell you one thing before going in the journey of exploring careers; whichever course you prefer to opt but you will have a theory part to be studied in order to earn the course certificate or degree.
Well there are many career options available for you but we dont know where exactly your interest lies. What are strengths,weaknesse,abilities etc. if we know this we can figure out a right career option for you.I would suggest you to go with the Mera Career guide's Career Psychometric Aptitude Assessment which will help us to know your career interests,strengths,weaknesses etc.The psychometrics gives a perfect insight about oneself.
But still i can suggest you the career option with more practical implication. You can go for the Certificate course or PG Diploma course in Interior Designing in which certificate course is of 1 year while PG Diploma is of 2 years. In this course there is theory part but more of part consists of Practical . While other option you have is of Animation or Graphic Designing again in this you have the courses of 1 year or 2 year depending on the students choice they can choose the course duration.
I am not sure how much is your inclination towards creative fields. This can be assessed and get known through the career aptitude test.
I am not providing more career options for you because most of them are more theoritical based and you have also not mentioned your interest.
