Please note ACCA is a professional.course and does not require a backing. But definitely a graduation is needed. Please note ACCA follows and teaches the international accounting standards.
But if you wish to practice accounts or finance in India, you need to know the indian standards of reporting and calculations. Hence a B.Com degree with accounts would be a must to support your qualification.
