A Masters degree would be very beneficial for you if you wish to enter into banking sector. An MBA or MCom or MA Economics would be beneficial. Public sector banks demand a masters degree for PO positions.
You can appear for IBPS or PO exams to get into the public sector banks. For getting into private banks, an MBA in Finance or CFA or Treasury Management is recommended.
