Dear Aspirant,

What have you thought to do after quitting? Quitting is a few seconds job and that is simple, what difficult is to get a plan ready for future.

Feeling drained out in just 2.5 years is matter of concern and it denotes that you were not at all suitable for that jobs. Have you found out the real reason for feeling drained? Is it time of the job, or quality of job, etc?

I would suggest you to get yourself tested by a psychometric test viz. Ideal Career Test from CareerGuide.com. This is a unique psychometric test which will judge the necessary aspects about you and your aptitude, etc. Based on this I would suggest you to choose the field to shift to.

Best wishes

Hi Hitesh,

Almost all of us go through a similar phase when we are new to the corporate world. While pursuing education it is not possible to imagine a clear picture of the employment scenario. However, focussing on what we are doing and creating your own path is the way forward.

A million people would do anything to work in a company like Amazon. You have also been lucky, to have had an opportunity to try different roles within. This would have increased your knowledge and understanding of the working systems of the company and commerce industry as a whole. Carrying the brand name of Amazon and a decent work experience would fetch you a nice role with another company in the segment.

The point here is, for you to figure out what exactly do you want? Are you just craving for a job change or is it something else. Quitting the job could only be a symptom of some other problem. You need to plan your future career goals and then act accordingly.
