Firstly I would like to know how and when did you develop an interest in engineering.
Secondly which year are you currently in?
Anyways coming to your question, being a commerce student it is impossible to now study engineering. To study engineering you need proficiency in Physics and Math subjects. Thus only a student with a PCM background and an entrance exam makes you eligible for engineering.
The only option is you start 11th and 12th in science stream. But that would mean starting from scratch and looking back and wasting precious 2 years. As a counselor, I would never suggest you to waste years. Best would be to continue in the commerce stream itself.
Commerce stream has many options like accounting and finance, banking, IT, business development, financial markets, CA or CS, cost accountancy etc.
