Sorry to say, but an MBA even distance learning requires a minimum 50% in Graduation.
Probably you would have to reappear Graduation if you wish to pursue an MBA.
Or else, the only option is move up the job ladder by gaining experience.

If you could not score 50% in graduation, I am sorry to say but you may be a bad MBA too later.
Why so low marks in graduation? Why you didnt study well?
MBA through distance learning cannot save you. You need not appear for graduation again as suggested by Meghana, however, I would suggest that take admission to Masters degree and ensure that you get atleast 55% in Masters degree. This is the only option.
