1M+ Test Taken
Dear Aspirant,
Your academics are very good and you are one in the category of studious candidates. I feel, you are just falling short of a high score and actually, you have managed to get to 88 percentile being a commerce bachelors. I compliment you for this.
I also compliment you for aiming to do MBA from IIMs. I feel, if you are too much inclined and determined to do MBA from top BSchools, you should go ahead for CAT 2017. Here, I would strongly suggest you to appear for additional MBA entrance test like XAT, SNAP or MAT. I feel, in 2016 if you would have appeared for another entrance test apart from CAT, you could have made it up to top BSchools.
IIM Sirmaur and IIM Jammu are not recommended currently since they are very new and you will have to take much more efforts from your own side to get good placements. I do not say the IIM Sirmaur and IIM Jammu are bad, however since they are new and do not have history, your own self study, own efforts in studies, communication, knowledge would be important. If you are ready for those and in a way, you can prove your self more in new IIMs and create records, you may go ahead instead of taking one more year to prepare and get a high score.
Always remember, just by getting admission in top BSchools is not the only and complete thing. Performance in the course, grasping of the subjects, mastering them, is more important.
I would suggest that you may go ahead with IIM S and IIM J and give your 100% performance and you will succeed.
Best wishes
