Hello Sajad,

Happy new year, may this year bring you a lot of success and happiness.

Please note that to make a bright and successful career, you must be happy with the work you do.

Since happiness will lead to productivity and that will automatically support your growth and success will be yours.

So best would be to sit and introspect what is it that you wish to exactly do.

Which is the field you see yourself best at and can continue with it lifelong.

Do not just run behind courses that the masses are following.
Then you will be one amongst them.
Instead do something that you are interested in, ans that will help you being more successful.

Currently as you have written, you are pursuing a Diploma in IT.
Not bad at all, as IT is a leading industry these days.

But your knowledge does not stop there.

After a diploma, get into the job field. Get in touch with like minded people. Also since IT is a volatile field, try and keep yourself updated with the latest in the market.

Post that you can opt for an MBA in IT or systems degree, which will lead you to the managerial level.

But only if you are interested in making a career in IT.

Also there are courses available through CDAC.

Before jumping into a course, please do meet up with people who have done the course and are currently working. This will help you in the future.

Hope this answers your query.

Wish you good luck...............
