They are not related to each other.
And the pay package would completely depend on:
Also, in-case, if you join an organization with a low salary, but if you are really interested in that field and have some extra ordinary talent which is noticeable, you would get your returns.
Its my request, please do not select a career based on the pay packages.
Select on the basis of your liking, potentials and interest.
