Nice to hear back from you. I can see you are getting energetic with the UK application process. Good on that. Okay let me put this straight for you. The reason I asked you to apply in November 2014 because two prestigious universities, the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford will have their scholarship deadlines in December 2014. In order to apply for scholarships, you need to have already submitted your study application first. Once you submit the study application, the university will send you an email confirming they have received your application and then will also give you your unique application number. So this application number is actually required to fill up on the application form when you submit the scholarship application.

If you want to apply for Cambridge and Oxford then you should send the study application in November 2014 and send the scholarship application by December first week 2014 itself. After December 2014 their scholarship application closes and you cant apply for scholarships after that. These two universities will be very much happy to accept your application with the four semester mark sheets. If they are impressed with your submitted documents, they will be very much happy to give you a conditional offer. A conditional offer means you are 90% guaranteed an admission with them. It also means that your offer will turn confirmed 100% on the condition that once you submit the pending documents. For example, say if you submit your fifth sem mark sheets by Jan 2015 and sixth sem mark sheets in July 2015, from the day you submit the pending documents, within one or two days they will remove all conditions on your offer. So this means you have an unconditional offer to study with them, that is your place is 100% confirmed. So you can apply for a student visa any time after July 15 2015. I repeat, your application for MSc admission with scholarship can be very much considered with 10th, 12th and four semester mark sheets. But before you join them you should make sure that you scan and send them the last two sem mark sheets.

If you feel that you dont want to hurry up to apply in November 2014, then you cannot win a study place with scholarship at Cambridge or Oxford. However other top universities can still be opened for admission and scholarship until May 2015 and therefore you can try your luck for admission and scholarship with these set of universities.

If you really aspire to study at Cambridge or Oxford, then do everything by November else relax and take your time until May 2015 for the rest of the universities. Hope this helps. Good luck.
