Dear aspirant
Welcome to CareerGuide.com

Your question is very clear. Clear questions comes from perfect people. You do not have carer doubts. You just want to know the procedure to become a doctor. Nice vision and nice speaking to you.

As you are already aware, the field of doctor is service oriented. Doctors are treated at par with god. They are also angels. Means the path you have selected is the path of service. Very nice. Make sure that you do not enter the field with money in mind. Have passion and serve the human kind and fame and money follows. Passion and devotion towards career is paramount.

After plus two with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you can take MBBS, BDS,BHMS, BAMS, Sidha, Unani Common Admission Tests. There are government medical colleges and private medical colleges. According to the rank you secure in the common admission test, you will be allocated with, medical colleges and you can take admission. There are several government medical colleges which conduct their own admission tests such as AIIMS, New Delhi. Private medical colleges allocate some percentage of seats to government sector as reservation (percentage varies from state to state).

The choice of degree is totally depend on your scores and your passion. Every branch has its pros and cons. Most lucrative, of course is MBBS. Mind you, in the current scenario, MBBS is not enough. Specialization is the key.

MBBS is just a graduate degree. You will get a job but that may not be lucrative. For higher pay and passion you should choose your specialty carefully. Choosing speciality could be done after MBBS because only after tht course, you will know you in medical field.

Reminding you, medical field is service oriented.
Hope I was able to guide you with your query.
Good luck.
