Career as a Doctor is right for you or not has to be decided on the basis of few factors such as your Interest, Aptitude, Personality and your adaptability to the Nature of job and Working conditions. You have mentioned your Interest and dislike towards the working conditions. It would be easier to answer your question if you provide us details on other factors.
