As such the net is not giving a site which states the eligibility criteria for a REEBOK trainer. But some sites do mention that the course is conducted by REEBOK India under Reebok fitness Instructor, a 21/2 month course.
I would suggest check for nearby REEBOK store and visit them personally and get clarifications.
