There are graphic designing courses at undergraduate level post 10+2 as well after 10th. A full time course called as Bachelors in Fine Arts (BFA) is considered as a very good course for a career in designing. I would recommend you to do this course if you are not a graduate.
If you are graduate already, then there are diploma and certificate courses from private institutes too, which give help in placements.
