Hi There,

Since you have not mentioned your qualification, I begin from the basic.

You can become an ECE in two ways:

  • After 10th, go for Diploma in ECE from a recognised State technical institute.
  • After Diploma, go for Degree BE ECE. You will get direct entry to second year of BE based on your Diploma qualification

OR

  • After 10th, go for Science with PCM and after 12th Science PCM, get admission for 4 year BE or BTech in ECE form an AICTE and University recognised Institute.

You can definitely become a Lecturer by pursuing a masters degree from a recognised University. Post completion of Masters degree with minimum 55% marks, you need to then appear for UGC NET / SET Exam. NET / SET exam

To further strengthen you career, you should immediately start planning for PhD
PhD is a must for good salary, stable career and career growth to the Dean / Director level.

Hope this helps.

Wish you good luck.......
