First three months is class room training and next three months is internship program. After six months you will be placed in ICICI bank with 2 Lac package. For entering into banking sector, you can opt for banking competitive exams which gain you entry into public sector banks. For gaining into private sector banks, your current experience may be counted and so you need to apply for entry level jobs in private banks.
For public sector banks, you can appear for IBPS or PO exams. There are coaching institutes which train you to clear these competetive exams.
