Why do you wish to work after grade 12th.
Please note that just being a 12th pass would not fetch you any high profile job or pay as well.
I would suggest, complete your Graduation first. But in-case if circumstances need you to be working, then start ASAP, but complete your Graduation in correspondence.
As far as searching a job is concerned, you can apply directly to the government firms, but mainly vacancy are filled with contacts. Other than that you could look for advertisements in local newspapers too.
