Why do you wish to work after grade 12th.
Please note that just being a 12th pass would not fetch you any high profile job or pay as well.
I would suggest, complete your Graduation first. But in-case if circumstances need you to be working, then start ASAP, but complete your Graduation in correspondence.
As far as searching a job is concerned, you can apply directly to the government firms, but mainly vacancy are filled with contacts. Other than that you could look for advertisements in local newspapers too.

Are you sure you want to start working after twelfth standard? If you are facing financial crunch, then you can definitely go ahead and start working. However, I will highly recommend that you shall complete graduation and simultaneously study for competitive exams.
For a government job, list down all the profile that you are eligible for. Make sure you are interested in working on these profiles. For eg. Jobs by Indian railways, police department, CRPF, Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, ITBF etc. There are exams for different posts that are conducted by UPSC as well as state public service commission. Keep checking newspapers like employment news and register on upsc and other state public service commission’s portals.
