Of course you have a great number of options to pursue HR MBA through distance learning , however you cannot except the placement opportunities to be as good as a full time MBA. To begin with you can easily be a part of the IT , BPO of Software ( Best of the Organizations) industry wherein recruitment will be your first basic job responsibility.
Eventually you will learn more in the organization and can get in Employee relation, Training & Development and Performance Appraisal or to sum it up you can be an HR generalist.
You should be ready to put in the effort towards your profile Building that will help you in job search.One suggestion would be, while pursuing distance MBA you can join a smaller firm in order to get experience in HR functions.
