But could you be more specific, what kind of questions, which category of students you are targeting????

If you wish to help students in terms of their study issues eg. A student has some issue studying Math, then you could teach him the basic and give him personal attention and help him out.

If you wish to become a Career counselor like us, then majorly, you would have to have knowledge of all fields and courses. How to seek admission in the course, University offering the course, Scope of the course and lastly you should be good at expressing the said information to them.

As a Career counselor, it would be good if you could get a degree in Guidance and counseling, since you need to emphatic with students. Sometimes you may have to discourage a student from selecting a course, how you say it is important. Here the knowledge of counseling with your emotions and people skills helps a lot.
Also the course in counseling, not only teaches you methods of counseling a client across the table, but it gives you the knowledge of psychometric tests which acts as your weapon to counsel a child.
