I suppose, you have raised this question, because it is an International board conducting this course.

But have you really been through their site and gone through their course objective.

As far as the course is concerned, they are divided into Foundation and Professional level.
They make you study further into Financial Accounting, taxation and budgeting and most importantly accountancy.
As per the students review, this course is in par with CA, and any aspirant who is unable to clear CA can opt for this course.
As far as industry recognition is concerned, all top level corporates are hiring students with this qualification too.

As far as making a niche for self is concerned.
Please note that, a certificate can only help you land a job, but how you progress would completely depend on your caliber and analysis you carry with you, which is what you derive from the course.
No course can guarantee results as they are individual performance based.
So you may be the best certified employee, but if you are unable to prove yourself by your work, then the qualifications just add on to your certificates.
