Its quite a broad question.

There are many streams or careers you can opt for, in either Science or commerce or Art stream.

Firstly I do not know from your question which stream are you currently in. So in a broad spectrum I would let you know streams open for you in general, whether you are in any stream.

The courses listed below can be opted by students from any stream:

  • BMS / BBA ( Management Study):

A 3 years undergraduate management course. BMS is merit based, and available under Mumbai University, whereas BBA is offered by Pune University, and is based on entrance exams. This course touches on simple management techniques, you could then opt for MBA whereby you could choose a specialization depending on your interests and strengths.

  • BMM ( Mass Media):

A 3 years undergraduate course in Mass media. Admission purely on the basis of entrance exams. You could opt for Journalism, print media or PR.

  • hotel Management: A 3 years undergraduate program. Admission based on Entrance exam. Students would be exposed to the nitty-gritty of Hospitality in this course.

  • Designing: A 4 years undergraduate program, admissions through entrance exams only. For this course the student has to be extremely creative and innovative.

  • BCA ( Computer Application): A 3 years undergraduate computer course. Admission purely based on merit. One needs to be extremely good with Math as a subject. Basics of software and programming and its applications are covered in this course.

If you are confused it would be best if you could undergo an Aptitude tests and know your strengths and then choose a career accordingly.

Next time, you could write stating the stream you passed 12th with, to guide you better.

Wish you all the very best....
