Hello There! Glad to see you approach Mera Career guide for seeking career guidance and I am sure that you will benefit from the guidance here.

I am an Educationist and have been into counselling of commerce / management students primarily for more than 7 years now and have also been involved into teaching and writing on career management for many years. I think I can guide you in your query.

BBA is an under graduate course which gives you the basic foundation in business administration and business management. This course will also prepare you for doing MBA in future. As far as the Ilead Institute is concerned, it is a very good and reputed institute. However please keep in mind that the University giving you the BBA degree is very important than the college or institute. According to me, Ilead is affiliated to University of Kolkata and therefore this means that the BBA degree is a recognised degree.

Therefore, I can surely suggest you to pursue BBA from Ilead College.

Further I would also suggest you to not to stop by doing BBA only. After BBA it is very important to pursue some post graduation which interests you and in which you think you can do and enjoy your career and job. There are many options of post graduation after a graduation like BBA. The most suitable after BBA and if you are interested in management, then you can surely go for MBA course from a reputed institute. For MBA it is important from which Institute you do MBA and not the University. Some other options are like Chartered Accountancy (CA), Company Secretaryship (CS), Cost Accountancy (CWA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Hotel Management, LLB, etc. All these courses mentioned are of professional nature and after doing those you will be called as a Professional. These courses are also governed by Act of Parliament apart from the CFA course. All those professionals like CAs, CSs, CWAs are very much in demand and get good salaries.

However as said, MBA course is the most near and relevant course to BBA. In MBA you can choose any one specialisation from Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, International Business.

BBA as a choice for under graduation is very good choice and I would suggest you to study very good and score good percentage in your final degree examination. Scoring good percentage will help you more to get entry into professional courses and also it is very important for MBA admission.

Best Luck.
