Focus on your learning. There are many Engineering colleges in Jaipur which are not doing great nowadays in terms of admission.
You may take admission there as it will cost you around 30,000 per year Or so.
During your Engineering, focus on getting a good knowledge of your preferred branch.
You will do excellent in your life.
