Hacking courses in India are not offered as academic courses in the universities as of now. But, there are many private institutes which offer certified courses in ethical hacking. To become an Ethical hacker it is recommended that you pursue a bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science or Software Engineering and develop the following skills:· Learn languages like C, C++, Perl, Python, Ruby, Microsoft.NET and PHP· Gain knowledge in assembly language as it is essential for those who want to analyse disassembled binaries.· Gain knowledge in a variety of operating systems (Microsoft Windows, various versions of Linux, etc)· Besides have a basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols such as SMTP, ICMP, and HTTP An ethical hacker needs good soft skills in addition to technical skills.
