Hello Friend,
Yes definitely you can pursue MBA after your Civil Engineering Degree. In order to get admitted for MBA course any candidate has to be a graduate from any stream from a recognised University with minimum 50% as per the AICTE norms.
Apart from your graduation degree you will be also needed to appear for MBA entrance exam. The entrance exam Score and your graduation marks will be considered by the colleges while your admission process. There are different MBA entrance exams conducted by various colleges and States. You have to decide which entrance exam score is considered by the college and apply according to that for the entrance exam and start preparing for exams. Here are some few entrance exams :
1.CAT
2.MAT
3.XAT
4. SNAP
5.CMAT
6.NMAT

As you are pursuing Civil Engineering you have a wide scope to do the specializiation in MBA; still these are some of the specializiation that you can take in your course which will be beneficial for you:

1. MBA in Infrastructure Management


2.MBA in Construction Management
3.MBA in Ship and Shore Management
5.MBA in Information Technology
6.MBA in Human Resource
7.MBA in Entrepreneurship
