I feel there is a link between pharmacovigilance and drug safety administration, but I am nit sure of its connection with healthcare management.
Healthcare management involves more of administrative jobs, whereby you would be responsible more for health and safety, cleanliness, stock of essentials and staff management.
So in-case if you looking for such a job further, then best would be to work in that field itself.
