Iam working in an area where I have little knowledge about

As mentioned iam working in an area where I have little knowledge about , so I have this constant thought process going in my mind whether I should continue in the organization or not ? . Iam also not sure what I want to do in my life if I leave the organization ? So I keep finding answers for this question but I could not find one.

Now coming to your question.

You have written that you are working in a department where you have no knowledge about.

It would be great, if you had mentioned a littler about the job you doing, so that I could guide you with the necessary qualification you could sustain the job with.

As far as possible, get in touch with your colleagues who can help you by suggesting necessary courses that can help you sort out your issues.

But before that, it would be better if you could sit down for sometime with yourself and decide what is it that you wish to do exactly.

Which is the field that interests you and you can work in that field and earn well too.

Sometimes we are forced to take up a job just for monetary issues, but that does not mean one has to continue in that job lifelong.

Once you are a little settled, it is best to think about what kind of job would you like to be in.

The most important point here is that, you are lucky because these days there are a lot of institutes that provide certificates and diploma programs for students and they are available as part-time too, so you do not have to quit the job too.

Next time, do write back stating what kind of opportunity are you looking out for, so that I can guide you towards the available certifications.

Right now only advise is self introspect.
