The aspirants holding B.Tech degree are eligible for appearing in CSIR NET Exam but only in science stream like Physical Science, Chemical Science, Mathematical Science, Life Science and Earth Sciences.
As you have completed bachelor's degree in IT which is not a part of CSIR NET Exam. I would like to suggest you to appear in UGC NET Exam.
You can apply for UGC NET Computer Science after completing the master's degree with minium 55% aggregate marks.

You may also appear in GATE Exam which is a good option for the b.tech degree holders.
