Firstly will taking a break help you cope with the studies of class 11th.
Rather I would suggest, introspect and find reasons as to why you are unable to cope with the syllabus.
Take help of fellow students and professors to help you cope.
Take a break for few days and refresh yourself and start afresh.
But not taking a year break. No its not advisable.
